Nasdaq Global Information Services leverages reliable, scalable technology and robust distribution channels to provide comprehensive index and market data solutions across asset classes and regions. We offer multi-asset class data sets, global infrastructure and flexible delivery methods that support clients of all sizes and types.

Nasdaq seeks a knowledgeable, motivated, and results-oriented Senior Analyst to join our multifaceted Sales Support team within the Revenue Operations department. This role involves direct interaction with clients and primarily supports the U.S. Market Data Sales Team in client onboarding, contract generation and management, as well as research and analytical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess experience relevant to these responsibilities and meet the qualifications listed below:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the front-line Sales Team by delivering outstanding service.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues, as well as contract-related requests from internal partners.
  • Handle the contract life cycle for our clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Market Data ordering process.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in small project management and adherence to tight deadlines.
  • Handle a high volume of administrative and research requests concurrently.
  • Effectively handle time and swiftly adapt to changing priorities.

  • Requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates self-organization and effective time management skills.
  • Capable of coordinating among multiple partners in a timely manner.
  • Engages in strategic collaboration with a client-first mentality.
  • Possesses the ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) at all levels of the Nasdaq organization.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
  • 3+ years in a similar role supporting a fast-paced global service team and collaborating with internal partners
  • Proficient with Microsoft products
  • Skilled in contract lifecycle management (e.g., Conga, CPQ, CLM)
  • Experienced with Salesforce (e.g., case management, leads, opportunities)

Preferred Experience
  • Experience within the Market Data industry
  • Background in Sales Operations
