Requirements:

Must be able to identify the differences between FAA Order 8100.15b and FAA Order 8100.15c and develop new ODA procedure manual content or revisions to existing content ensuring compliance with FAA Order requirements.

Must have general knowledge of FAA Orders would be helpful.

Excellent communication skills; experience building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team, prioritizing responsibilities based on criticality At least 2+ years of related experience in aerospace Knowledge of the certification and ODA regulatory environment and work with the FAA highly preferred Exceptional skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in systems engineering preferred but not required. Related degrees with relevant experience should be considered.
