Summary
The Enterprise Software Sales Executive is a cross-functional role that bridges enterprise software sales with commercial banking treasury services. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with clients who require both advanced treasury management solutions and integrated financial technology platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, digital banking platforms, commercial treasury products, and the evolving faster payments landscape.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by selling integrated treasury and software solutions to commercial clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting industries with complex cash management and payment needs (e.g., real estate, escrow, legal, HOA, healthcare).
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Treasury Officers to cross-sell software-enabled treasury products.
- Expertise in enterprise financial software, experience with fintech or banking software solutions, including online banking platforms.
- Customize software demonstrations and proposals to align with client-specific treasury workflows and pain points.
- Ability to knowledge share with product and IT teams to influence the roadmap for client-facing solutions.
- Grow a portfolio of high-value clients by delivering consultative support and proactive insights.
- Deliver key relationship enhancements that drive a large mote with the customer and deeper integration with how they operate their business.
- Expand payments channels beyond traditional treasury including card, integrated solutions, electronic invoicing solutions, etc.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Track pipeline activity, revenue performance, and client feedback using CRM and analytics tools.
- Participate in product workshops, vendor evaluations, fintech and treasury conferences, and strategic planning sessions.
- Ability to translate technical features into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
- Maintain awareness of compliance requirements related to financial institutions, with emphasis on BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology, and GLBA.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, B2B fintech sales or complex treasury solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative, solution-based environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, implementation cycles, and client success metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of complex treasury solutions such as API, EIPP, software integration, TM integrations....Cloud based and embedded banking.
