Senior Full Stack Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer.

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
* 10+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 7+ years post-graduate experience
* Experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
* Experience with Hadoop and related projects (Hive, Hbase, Pig, Spark, Mahout, etc.)
* Experience in data analysis and visualization
* Software development experience with multiple general purpose programming languages like: Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.
* Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
* Familiar with libraries including React, Angular
* Experience with multiple types of databases: MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, etc.
* Critical thinking skills and ability to creatively solve complex problems
* Ability to deliver quality code (security, performance, readability, etc.)
* Experience with Hadoop and related technologies (e.g., Hive, HBase, Pig, Spark, Mahout) for processing and analyzing large datasets, along with strong skills in data analysis and visualization
* Proficient in leveraging Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing scalable applications, ensuring high availability and performance
* Extensive software development experience in multiple programming languages, including Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, and PHP, with a strong command of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular
* Familiarity with various databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra) and demonstrated critical thinking skills to creatively solve complex problems while delivering high-quality, secure, and performant code

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
