Job Description:
Join our team in New York, NY as a full-time engineer, responsible for maintaining and supporting critical technology infrastructure.
This role involves resolving complex technical issues and ensuring smooth operations using advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to resolve complex issues and enhance service offerings.
Execute preventative maintenance and utilize monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a detailed knowledge base for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Analyze system logs and user reports to identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Proactively implement automations to maintain stability and drive efficiency.

Qualifications
Strong advisory and decision-making skills with a focus on operational effectiveness.
Experience leading a team and setting objectives for employees.
Ability to collaborate across functions and divisions to achieve business goals.
