Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth integration of Dynamics with business processes and other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) modules based on business requirements.
- Develop workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports within Dynamics.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support integrations between Dynamics and third-party applications using APIs, Power Automate, or other tools.
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ongoing data maintenance.
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing application support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or Finance & Operations).
- Knowledge of customization tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript.
- Experience with data migration and integration methods (e.g., KingswaySoft, Azure Logic Apps).
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and application support practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure services.
- Knowledge of Power BI for analytics/reporting.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (MB-200, MB-210, MB-220, MB-300, etc.).
