Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or in the Bay Area, contributing to exciting projects that enhance user experience and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Maintain and create documentation for business processes and training materials.
  • Collaborate with product teams to track and manage open tickets, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Develop current and future state process maps to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate technical information into user-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
  • Assist in configuring out-of-the-box features for brand administrators.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in user support or business analysis roles.
  • Familiarity with Service Level Management practices.
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems.
