Position Overview

Lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology deployments (Beacon Connect and other operational technologies) across Beacon Mobility's regions and business units. Ensure operational readiness, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration, technical enablement, and change management, leveraging Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment Strategy:

  • Own multi-site rollout plans and legacy system decommissioning

  • Align deployments with Agile priorities and board-level initiatives

Technical Delivery:

  • Lead system setup, integration validation, UAT, and scenario mapping

  • Coordinate multimodal training (instructor-led, sandbox, AI self-service)

Change Enablement:

  • Design and deliver change management programs for all user groups

  • Facilitate kick-off meetings, capability assessments, and prerequisite training

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Influence cross-functional alignment (HR, Finance, Safety, Fleet, Client Relations)

  • Lead deployment huddles, retrospectives, and readiness reviews

Post-Deployment Excellence:

  • Oversee hypercare, metrics monitoring, re training, and best practice sharing

  • Institutionalize feedback loops and continuous improvement

Desired Outcomes & Key Metrics

Operational Readiness:

  • 100% system setup and integration validation prior to go-live

  • Successful completion of UAT and scenario mapping for all sites

User Adoption:

  • Achieve targeted adoption rates for new platforms within 90 days

  • Training completion rates >95% across all user groups

Business Impact:

  • Payroll accuracy and dispatch compliance at or above benchmark

  • Reduction in legacy system usage to <5% within 60 days post-launch

  • Time-on-system and engagement metrics tracked and improved quarter-over-quarter

Continuous Improvement:

  • Retrospective feedback incorporated into deployment playbooks

  • KPI attainment reported to executive leadership and used for ongoing optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 7+ years in technical delivery management, program management, or enterprise software deployment

  • Proven success in large-scale technology deployments and organizational change management

  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and release planning

  • Strong system integration, data validation, and SaaS rollout experience

  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in student transportation or adjacent industries (preferred)

  • Knowledge of Workday, routing/dispatch platforms, payroll systems, and AI-driven enablement tools (Ziplyne, LeenaAI) a plus

Salary:
  • $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
