Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Architect to design and implement innovative solutions for enterprise systems in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce expertise to create scalable, secure, and cutting-edge technology solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership and advanced knowledge of CRM and ERP systems to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform, incorporating technical specifications, data models, and user interface designs.
Lead technical teams by providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases to deliver expert-level knowledge across various modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Implement complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including billing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Collaborate on AI strategy and deploy Agentic AI solutions within the front office, working closely with leadership to identify suitable technologies.
Optimize system performance by monitoring Salesforce applications and addressing bottlenecks to ensure scalability and reliability.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and IT General Controls while maintaining platform integrity.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM and ERP solutions.
Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications, to support implementation and maintenance.
Mentor less experienced developers and technical staff, fostering growth and expertise within the team.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture and development roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, integration, and Sales Cloud expertise.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy and compliance protocols.
Hands-on experience with server virtualization and enterprise storage solutions.
Knowledge of architecture standards and best practices for CRM and ERP systems.
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools.
Ability to implement and leverage Agentic AI in enterprise applications.
Expertise in managing and configuring Group Policy Objects (GPO) in complex environments.
