NTT DATA currently seeks a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a remote position.

Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate ServiceNow capabilities and business data to design solutions that deliver measurable business value.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit user needs and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Must be proficient in at least two modules like ITSM, SPM, EA, COM, VR, HAM Pro, SAM, and mobile applications like NowMobile.
- Analyze workflows to improve, automate, or integrate the ServiceNow platform with other technologies.
- Assess configuration options, technical debt, and architectural standards to recommend optimal customizations and improvements.
-Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria with mock-ups.
-Prepares business problem solutions and business value analyses to aid in decisions on system implementations, changes and retirements.
-Confers with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
-Coordinates and links the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Healthcare experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
  • Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models.
  • Experience with computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
  • Detailed knowledge of at least 2 of the ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, EA, COM, VR, HAM Pro, SAM
  • Proficient in mobile applications like NowMobile
  • Experience and technical expertise to aid in the development of the long term strategy within their modules of the ServiceNow platform
Preferences
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field is preferred.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($70.00 - $74.50/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
