Job Title: Junior Generative AI Developer

Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Generative AI Developer with a solid background in software development and hands-on experience in AI and Generative AI tools. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of overall experience, including 1 2 years of direct, practical work in AI/GenAI development, focusing on building intelligent, adaptive systems that leverage machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
This role will involve collaborating with data scientists and engineers to develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for real-world business applications. The candidate should possess strong analytical and programming skills and be eager to work in a fast-paced environment exploring cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models for text, image, or multimodal applications.

Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Gemini, etc.) and AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

Build and optimize prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector database integrations (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate AI-driven features into applications and APIs.

Conduct research on the latest AI/GenAI products, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.

Assist in model performance evaluation, retraining, and improvement cycles.

Document technical workflows and ensure AI solutions align with product goals.
Required Skills & Competencies

6+ years total experience in software development (AI/ML preferred).

1 2 years hands-on experience in Generative AI or LLM development.

Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

Experience working with OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Anthropic Claude.

Good understanding of prompt engineering, RAG systems, and AI integration into production environments.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics, fine-tuning, and model optimization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong problem-solving mindset.
