Job Details
Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in the BFSI domain, particularly in Real Estate, Asset Management, or Capital Markets. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of total experience, with a primary focus on business analysis (not project management). A proven track record in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, and data analysis is essential.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 60 70% of experience in BFSI projects
- Strong exposure to Real Estate or Capital Markets domain (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Test execution and UAT coordination
- Data analysis and reporting
- Tools like JIRA, SQL, MS Project
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting multi-region projects
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to project or delivery management
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Comfortable coordinating across onshore and offshore teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between business and technology teams to translate needs into functional requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and technical requirements
- Coordinate and lead UAT testing phases
- Conduct data analysis to support business needs and decision-making
- Support project execution, from inception through post-deployment support
- Ensure deliverables meet business needs and are aligned with project goals
- Create detailed, traceable, and unambiguous business documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to elicit business requirements through storyboarding, use cases, and task/workflow analysis
