Overview
Brand Manager / Graphic Designer who combines strategic brand thinking with exceptional design skills. They will be responsible for shaping how our brand is perceived-both visually and strategically-through storytelling, consistent design, and innovative campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design compelling visuals for digital and print media-including social media, websites, packaging, advertising, and presentations.
- Create and manage templates, design systems, and creative assets that ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creatives to develop campaign materials.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform branding decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Work with and manage creative agency. Provide directions to agencies that reflects organizational priorities.
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports to ensure seamless integration within compliance processes.
- Manage creative agency budget and advise on multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Work with internal clients and deliver ad-hoc designs and projects within short time frames.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working in design, marketing, and brand management.
- 8-10 years broad experience in a transformation role.
- Proven experience managing paid media across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of attribution models, marketing funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with marketing automation, tag management, and analytics tools (e.g., GTM, GA4, Segment, HubSpot).
- Experience with SQL and extensive data querying.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Creative Marketing.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
