- Someone that has a deep understanding of not just Performance Test Engineering, but also the experience/ability to understand the Solution Architecture, Application/DB designs, Performance monitoring/tuning, Infra considerations, integrations with multiple external applications, and the ability to influence how the application is built such that the focus truly shifts left in favor of building for performance rather than merely testing for performance.
