Description

We are looking for a skilled User Experience (UX/UI) Designer to create compelling and intuitive digital interfaces that enhance user engagement. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet user needs and align with project goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and workflows.
Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and refine design solutions.
Conduct usability testing to identify and address design challenges, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.
Stay updated on UX/UI trends and tools to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
Implement feedback from stakeholders and users to improve the overall user experience.
Ensure designs adhere to web standards and responsive design principles.
Partner with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into final products.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Visual Studio.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, responsive design, and web standards.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects and design processes.
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
