Join our team as a Sr. IT Analyst where you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for SAP S4 Hana. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP systems and your passion for training and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for SAP S4 Hana.
  • Create engaging training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels to ensure a deep understanding of SAP functionalities.
  • Develop effective communication strategies to promote training programs.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate employees on SAP S4 Hana best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in SAP S4 Hana / ECC and Ariba Guided Buying.
  • Proven experience as a Super User or Trainer in SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing learning modules.
  • Familiarity with other ERP systems.
