Join our team as a Sr. IT Analyst where you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for SAP S4 Hana. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP systems and your passion for training and communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for SAP S4 Hana.
- Create engaging training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels to ensure a deep understanding of SAP functionalities.
- Develop effective communication strategies to promote training programs.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate employees on SAP S4 Hana best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.
Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP S4 Hana / ECC and Ariba Guided Buying.
- Proven experience as a Super User or Trainer in SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing learning modules.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems.
