About the Client:
We are working with multiple local HVAC companies seeking journeyman level HVAC installers and technicians.
About the Position:
These are not entry level positions. To be qualified, you must have 2-5+ years' experience in the industry (preferably 5 or more years).
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Technicians:
Clean DMV and background
Positive friendly attitude and the ability to work with others
Drug/substance free workplace
Air compressors and pneumatic controls
Building automation controls
EPA Certification
Certificate of completion in trade school preferred
Qualifications:
Technicians:
2-5+ years' experience
Performs installation and preventative maintenance on all HVAC control systems
Assesses and diagnoses required repairs for estimated cost
Replaces electrical components such as compressors, contactor's, motors, relays and diagnoses any electrical or mechanical components to which these are related
Changes out gas furnaces/boilers and split air conditioning systems, and installs ductless air conditioning and heat pumps, water heaters, sheet metal installation and transitions, refrigeration, condensate, and PVC venting
Procures all material in a timely manner to meet client service agreements for scheduled completion dates
Possesses competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance
Responds immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns
Performs all work to industry standards, and maintains a professional manner, and appearance at all times
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practices safe work habits
Shift:
Typically Mon-Fri but could vary based on client and client needs

3+ years of experience $28-$32
