Position: SAP BW & Power BI Analyst

Location: St Louise, MO(Hybrid 3 days)
Duration: Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BW & Power BI Analyst with a strong background in SAP BW and working knowledge of Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on SAP BW experience and the ability to analyze complex data across multiple business dimensions. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting solutions and lead UAT sessions. The candidate will be responsible for reconciling data between SAP BW and Power BI reports, identifying gaps, and partnering with developers or change managers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data across SAP BW systems using Analysis for Office, BEx Web Templates, and BEx Query Analyzer

  • Perform data analysis across company codes, plants, and operating concerns

  • Utilize Power BI for reporting and visualization (Reports and Semantic Model)

  • Reconcile SAP BW reports with corresponding Power BI reports and identify mismatches

  • Conduct and lead user meetings and UAT sessions with business users

  • Explain and demonstrate new Power BI reports to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting requirements are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of SAP BW experience

  • Working knowledge of Power BI

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Certifications:

  • SAP BW or BW/4HANA Certification

  • Microsoft Power BI Certification
