Business Analyst - Active DoD Top Secret

Due to Federal Governement Security Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship

PRISM seeks a Business Analyst who will work with stakeholders and technical team members to map, analyze, and document business processes and projects. As a Business Analyst, you ll analyze IT requirements in business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams. To be successful, you will combine technical and functional skills to support the components of the federal agency's IT and customer input.

Other Duties:

• Communicates business needs of customers to gain alignment and translate those needs into technical requirements that can be implemented by developers.
• Develop an assessment framework and conduct assessments to identify and document recommendations and findings.
• Gathers high-level business requirements and defines scope during initial discovery by conducting meetings/interviews and facilitating large group/cross-functional sessions with partners
• Maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and, where appropriate, makes recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems and technologies Monitors, tracks, and manages financials for areas of responsibility for weekly reporting
• Apply broad management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to guide project teams in delivering client solutions or managing the day-to-day operations of projects.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience .
• Experience with Federal financials is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce and present presentations to executive-level leadership.
