Job Title: Project Manager

Work Environment: Nuclear Facility

Shift Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day Shift)
• Start/Stop Times: To be determined
• Compensation: M&IE, housing (hotel), and mobilization/demobilization costs covered/reimbursed
• Assignment Type: Short-term assignment with potential redeployment to other projects based on business needs and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite liaison for the insulation outage project.
• Attend and actively contribute to daily project meetings.
• Enforce compliance with fatigue management rules for hourly workers.
• Own and track supplier action items, ensuring timely resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain alignment with project schedules and deadlines.
• Provide written progress and status updates to support schedule adherence.
• Oversee removal and replacement of LV bus duct, including cutting and welding activities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 5 years in a similar role; nuclear industry experience preferred (open to other industries with relevant experience).
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret detailed project schedules (Primavera experience preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Compliance: Must pass a background check for nuclear site access
• Certifications: PMP certification is a plus but not required.
