Product Manager

Qualifications
Knowledge of and experience with Sitecore and Jira - understanding of product development process and agile software development
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business functions and Technology
Demonstrated experience in developing epics, user stories and product backlogs
Experience with prioritizing product features/enhancements based on customer value
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Appreciation for nuance of customer/ user experience; ability to think through how to utilize feedback and other data
Serves as an advocate for the customer and pursues products/services that promote ease of doing business and delivery of information that enables improved decision making

Key Responsibilities
Building, maintaining, and prioritizing a product backlog by writing user stories that include clear acceptance and testing criteria
Defining, measuring, and monitoring product success after releases
Identifying and analyzing opportunities to improve our products by learning from, and working with, our customers and business stakeholders
Documenting user stories and working with development teams to deliver product enhancements
Active participation in various agile ceremonies
Serving as critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology team
