job summary:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design supporting software applications or website development

  • Excellent user interface design skills that leverage Material Design or variety of other frontend frameworks

  • Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered design methodologies

  • Information visualization, production, and prototyping skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch

  • Understanding of responsive web design and have ability to adapt designs to any screen size

  • Basic working knowledge of HTML & CSS

  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions

  • Ability to collaborate with other UX/UI members by actively participating in feedback sessions

  • Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a courteous and professional demeanor

  • Ability to be meticulous with accuracy and detail

  • Must be deadline sensitive and adaptable to change

The role UI /UX Developer



As a programmer, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment working with business analysts and partners to develop, innovate, and enhance business processes throughout the organization. You will be a key member of our team that ensures our system is always fast, available and scalable. You will be working with large datasets, so a focus on performance and optimized code is important.



Responsibilities





  • Design and implement user flows, wireframes and proof of concepts that have a business impact

  • Create the visual design definition, direction and consistency of applications for multiple display devices

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders, Product and selected vendors to create visual presentations for product roadmap initiatives

  • Work closely with Frontend Developers and Architects to help implement designs as needed

  • Ensure that user experience is formulated to achieve Company goals

  • Maintain a pulse upon User Experience through site analytics, session replays, A/B Testing, and user testing

  • Purpose solutions for user pain points to increase user engagement throughout the application and company websites

  • Monitor UX technology trends and innovations, market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies
