We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant who also has strong Service Delivery Management (SDM) capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, manage end-to-end FICO processes, ensure smooth delivery of support and enhancement services, and coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP FICO Functional Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience in FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA).
  • Expertise in month-end/ year-end closing, financial reporting, and integration with MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, design functional specifications, and support configurations.
  • Experience in handling production issues, performing root-cause analysis, and working with technical teams for fixes.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.

Service Delivery Management (SDM):

  • Manage the overall delivery of SAP FICO support services and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams, manage ticket queues, and prioritize critical incidents.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders; act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly service review meetings, prepare performance reports, and track KPIs.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through process optimization and proactive issue management.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
  • 2+ years in Service Delivery / Project Coordination / Team Lead roles.
  • Strong communication, client handling, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multi-vendor teams.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
