Schedules Available:

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Pay Rate: $19.50 - $21.50/hr.

Will need to train on 1st shift 4-6 weeks and will be paid shift differential while training 7:00am to 3:30pm



Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up test equipment and perform electrical testing of semiconductors in a fast-paced production environment, following work instructions

  • Conduct counting and visual inspections of devices

  • Assist in completing engineering work orders

  • Use basic computer skills to identify and record pass/fail parameters into Camstar (company's internal tracking system)

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Fill nitrogen tanks as needed


Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred, especially with microscopes and semiconductors (experience in assembling and testing electronics)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure

  • Must be a fast learner with basic math skills and ability to read/write in English
