Job Title: Business Systems Analyst ( NetSuite, Coupa, Shopify )
Location: Palo Alto, CA .Hybrid Position 
Duration: 6 Month Contract

Job description : 

  • We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in NetSuite, Coupa, and Shopify to join our growing team. This role will be key in optimizing financial operations, procurement workflows, and e-commerce integrations, ensuring seamless business processes across platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP (Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Reporting).
  • Oversee Coupa procurement and spend management workflows (P2P, invoicing, supplier management).
  • Administer and enhance Shopify online store, including product setup, checkout, and payment flows.
  • Lead and support system integrations across NetSuite, Coupa, and Shopify (via APIs, middleware like Celigo/Boomi, or custom solutions).
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and e-commerce teams to align systems with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and process automations.
  • Support ongoing projects for system upgrades, data migration, and workflow enhancements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP (configuration, workflows, reporting).
  • 2+ years of experience with Coupa (Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, Supplier Management).
  • Hands-on Shopify experience (store management, integrations, APIs, theme customization a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of finance, procurement, and e-commerce processes.
  • Experience with system integrations and middleware tools (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally.
    Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Suite Script, SQL, or Coupa Sourcing.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce analytics, digital marketing tools, or supply chain systems.
