Identify opportunities for digital transformation across city departments and services to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and user experience.
Establish and report on Return on Investment (ROI) metrics. Measure ROI for digital projects. Fine- tune approaches as needed to ensure the organization invests in the right tools and resources. Operations
At least 5 years of direct management experience, preferably 2+ at the executive management level. A strong background in digital technologies and a proven track record in digital transformation.
