Job Details

Location: Remote in US only (prefer eastern and central time zones)
Travel Requirements: About 20-25% travel to US-based office locations for meetings

Responsibilities:
  • Own customer personas and buyer journey, identifying successful customer segments and creating strategies for growth within them.
  • Develop messaging and content that clearly articulates the value proposition of products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management to communicate the product roadmap, translating technical features into themes and benefits that drive adoption.
  • Create compelling content such as product videos, case studies, webinars, and other collateral.
  • Develop and support campaigns that expand customer base and engagement; analyze performance data to drive iterative improvements.
  • Partner with digital marketing to manage social media.
  • Support public relations and analyst relations programs, including media outreach and analyst briefings.
  • Participate in industry events.
  • Engage with agencies and freelancers for content, copy, graphics, and video/animation as needed
  • Stay current on competitive data and market trends, providing guidance to sales and product teams on differentiation.
  • Acquire Voice of Customer insights through meaningful interactions with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across product, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Maintain resource folders, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
  • Support management of marketing calendars, including conference, content, social media, PR, and campaign schedules.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of professional marketing and/or product experience, with 5+ years in healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • SaaS marketing experience
  • Proven experience bringing new products to market.
  • Ability to engage key opinion leaders and adjust strategies based on customer feedback and emerging trends.
  • Strong background in customer segmentation, competitive analysis, product development, and commercialization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
  • CRM and marketing automation tools
