JD:

• Experience with designing and implementing IT systems.
• Experience with understanding specifications, evaluate current application, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver the right solution
• Experience working and implementing systems using TrackWise Digital platform.
• Hands on experience in TrackWise Digital Application setup: Permission Sets, Configuring Platform Custom Settings, Configuring Remote Site Settings, E-signature Setup, Allow Search for Required Objects
• Expertise in Platform Workflow fundamentals including multiple and parallel workflows implementation.
• Knowledge of record detail component, audit trail, multiple record link and record access rules.
• Good knowledge of general salesforce configuration.
• Expertise in using TrackWise digital utilities (Configuration deployment, Report template builder, etc.)
• Hands on experience in creating, editing and implementing workflow, user setup, Permission group assignment, data collection and data field values.
• Experience in EMDR setup, configuration and electronic submission setup.
• Technical knowledge of integrating external systems with TrackWise Digital.
• Good knowledge working in Life-Science domain.
• Hands on experience in Validation and understanding of GXP and 21 CFR Part 11 concepts.
• Expertise in writing & executing IQ, OQ & PQ scripts
• Support business requirements analysis, perform Impact analysis and risk assessment.
• Lead a team of developers and provide technical assistance to implement the TrackWise digital system.
• Good Documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.
