Description
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to oversee and optimize enterprise network systems and infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach to building scalable and secure connectivity solutions while ensuring high availability and performance across diverse environments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to support organizational goals and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage the lifecycle of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Design, configure, and support complex network environments, including Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and secure tunnel connectivity.
Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain security and efficiency.
Monitor and ensure high availability of network systems across enterprise and remote locations.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance network capabilities and align with business objectives.
Serve as the subject matter expert for network protocols, cybersecurity practices, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with organizational needs.
Document network configurations and changes to maintain accurate records for future reference.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and security within enterprise settings.
Demonstrated expertise with enterprise-grade hardware and advanced network architectures, including SD-WAN.
Strong knowledge of Cisco routers, Cisco networking, Fortinet firewalls, and ARISTA systems.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are required.
In-depth understanding of modern network architecture and cybersecurity standards.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
