Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Role and Responsibility: Leverage advanced knowledge of software engineering and application development to develop end-to-end solutions for the Wells Fargo Productivity Tools Team. Responsible for designing and developing automated solutions and building reporting tools. Contribute to the large scale planning of strategies and lead moderately initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs associated with technology domains, including upgrades and deployments. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve moderately complex technical issues and achieve goals. Leverage knowledge of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet existing client needs as well as potential new client needs. Act as an escalation point - providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Remote / telecommute work available up to 2 days per week. Position required to appear in person at the location listed.

Required Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.

Specific skills required:
  • Four (4) years of development experience with one or more of the following: Java, C++, C#, C, or .NET;
  • Four (4) years of SharePoint development progressive experience leading into complex solution design lead;
  • Four (4) years of experience with SQL Server database design and administration;
  • Four (4) years of experience with Agile development methodology in a multi-geography development environment;
  • Three (3) years of Change Management experience with Remedy/Pac2000 or ServiceNow;
  • Two (2) years of experience using front end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation;
  • Two (2) years of UI (User Interface) experience using one or a combination of the following: Angular, React JS;
  • Two (2) years of SharePoint Online experience, including Power Apps and Power Automate;
  • Two (2) years of experience with FRY-14Q reporting applications;
  • Two (2) years of experience with SSIS and SSRS;
  • Two (2) years of experience working with ShareGate, Fiddler or similar migration/reporting tools;
  • Two (2) years of experience with Teradata;
  • One (1) year of experience with integration with Salesforce experience;
  • Experience with Scrum;
  • Experience with Power BI;
  • Experience with performing data enrichment using various data sources, taxonomy, data modeling, data cleansing, and analytics; and
  • Experience working with customer onboarding and loan validation.
