QA Lead/Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Automation Lead Software Developer to join our team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation across web, mobile, and API platforms, with a strong emphasis on Android mobile automation. The role involves defining and implementing test automation strategies, designing automation frameworks, and integrating solutions across project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies and solutions, including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API platforms, with a focus on Android mobile automation.
• Conduct architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions and ensure they meet project requirements and best practices.
• Implement and manage continuous integration (CI) and continuous development (CD) pipelines to ensure seamless automation processes.
• Leverage technical expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to optimize test environments and automation processes.
• Set up and maintain environments including web servers, databases, and application servers to support automated testing.
• Identify and recommend relevant tools and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the test automation framework.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 12 to 15 years in test automation and software development, particularly in web, mobile (Android), and API automation.
• Strong programming knowledge in Linux, Python, Selenium, and Appium.
• Proven ability to define and implement test automation strategies and frameworks across multiple project teams.
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous development pipelines.
• Broad and deep experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in setting up environments with web servers, databases, and application servers.
