Job Details

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Washington DC

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, apply, and support complex enterprise projects.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Interface with other offices and user departments to gather system requirements and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in problem resolution related to system design and review.
  • Review and recommend approval of functional and technical design documents.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements, program updates, and new applications.
  • Analyze and evaluate system changes to determine feasibility, alternative solutions, and backup procedures.
  • Ensure systems are compliant with approved standards.
  • Work on development of new systems, upgrades, and enhancements to existing systems.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related IT discipline.
  • Four (4) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in developing backend applications and connectors for PowerApps and ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies: Angular, React, or Vue; HTML/CSS; JavaScript/TypeScript; Bootstrap; JSON; YAML.
  • Proficiency with back-end technologies: C#, .Net Core, NUnit.
  • Experience with databases and cloud platforms: SQL, Oracle, AWS, Azure.
  • Proficiency with software development and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of methods, tools, and techniques for evaluating, developing, testing, integrating, and troubleshooting systems.
  • Knowledge of multi-tiered applications: web services, APIs, clustered environments, database servers, application servers, and report servers.
  • Experience in Agile software development environments using JIRA, Confluence, and GIT.

Preferred Requirements

  • Master s degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with third-party systems.
  • Experience developing in cloud-based ServiceNow and PowerApps deployments.

Candidates must have the following experience:

  • Web application and API development: .NET Framework, .NET Core, NodeJS, ReactJS, other single-page application languages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, REST API, Microsoft Azure services
  • Code deployment and source control practices: DevOps with CI/CD pipeline (Microsoft Azure, Docker, GitHub, Bitbucket, PowerShell or other script languages for Azure/Docker CLI- Command-Line Interface)
  • Database ETL process and integration
