We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to staff and sales teams across the Greater West Palm Beach Area. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, configuring workstations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, resourceful approach to resolving user challenges in a dynamic organizational environment.

responsibilities:
deliver unparalleled support for staff and sales associates by managing end-user technologies within a local network environment. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktop and laptop computers, as well as mobile devices.
We configure workstations for new users, upgrade existing equipment and software, and maintain network and telecommunication systems.
We resolve LAN, server, and connectivity issues, utilizing ticketing and hardware asset management systems to track and manage support activities. Our responsibilities also include re-imaging computers, performing data migrations and restorations, and conducting remote problem-solving when necessary.
qualifications:
1. At least 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles, with strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.
3. Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, network support, and familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and Ivanti.
4. High emotional intelligence, patience, and a customer-service-oriented mindset, able to handle stressful situations with professionalism and compassion.
