Position: D365 CE Sales & Project Operations Engineer (Remote)
Role Overview: As a D365 CE Sales & Project Operations Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone supporting Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations modules, while also managing and extending the Power Platform and Dataverse foundation. Your contributions will include system design, development, integration, and proactive support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly present technical solutions to stakeholders and guide user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 CE Sales
Design, configure, and customize the Sales module to meet CRM and pipeline needs.
Build and manage advanced entities, business logic, and automation workflows.

Dynamics 365 Project Operations
Configure and customize Project Operations: quotes to cash, resource scheduling, time & expense tracking, and project accounting.
Support environment deployment with dual write for Dataverse integration with Finance & Ops.

Power Platform & Dataverse
Administer Dataverse: manage data schema, security, and lifecycle.
Develop low-code solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), and data integrations.

Integration & Automation
Build seamless integrations between D365 CE, Project Ops, F&O, and external systems.
Use Power Automate (and optionally Azure Logic Apps/Functions) to optimize and automate key business processes.

Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting
Identify and resolve performance or functional issues across Dataverse, CE Sales, or Project Operations.
Proactively maintain health through best practices and monitoring.

Support & Training
Provide responsive support for end-users, understanding business needs and technical solutions.
Develop training materials, conduct demos, and share best practices globally.

Documentation & Governance
Maintain clear, detailed technical documentation (solution design, data models, security roles, integration maps).
Support ALM and governance strategies, employing proper source control and environment management.

Required Experience & Skills
Domain Requirements:
Dynamics 365 CE Sales 3 5 years configuring Sales CRM (leads, opportunities, quotations, custom entities).
Dynamics 365 Project Operations Experience implementing or supporting PO modules: resource management, billing, time & expense, dual-write.
Power Platform & Dataverse Hands-on skills with Dataverse admin, data model, security; Power Automate flows, Power Apps.
Integration Knowledge Familiarity with dual-write, API connectors, Power Platform Data Integrator templates, Azure connectors.
Technical Development Moderate experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, plugins, PCF, .NET/Azure Functions is a plus.
Problem-Solving & Performance Identify bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions for system performance.
Communication Strong stakeholder collaboration able to translate technical terms and deliver user training materials.

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications: D365 CE Sales, D365 Project Operations, Power Platform Associate, Azure Fundamentals.
Familiarity with dual-write and F&O integration.
Experience with Power Platform ALM pipelines and CI/CD practices.
Previous remote work experience and strong self-management in global teams.

Stable, well-performing platform with Dataverse and integration flows.
