The Senior Product Manager, Sales Innovation (Contract) supports MASA s Digital Transformation Team by partnering closely with Engineering, Design, QA and Business stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive MASA s sales processes and consumer experiences throughout the customer journey.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
In this role you will lead building solutions for our consumer sales team, including migration to MASA s new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to power sales workflows and build customer-facing experiences, by gathering and prioritizing product requirements and executing on a long term vision and roadmap. This role requires the ability to lead a dedicated pod of sales innovation engineers, UX and QA members in an agile environment, with a strategic mindset and strong data and experimentation skills to deliver experiences that delight and perform.
Key responsibilities include
- Driving our migration from legacy systems to our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as a foundation for sales innovation including Data Layer (entities & relationships), Process and Automation (business process workflows), Security and Access Control (roles), and Front End User Experiences (apps & reporting) to deliver sales, marketing and operations business needs.
- Owning vision & strategy and delivering new CRM, web and app experiences and workflows to streamline business processes and the customer journey for optimal growth and engagement.
- Partnering closely with Sales leadership to translate business objectives into a long-term roadmap that demonstrates improved value and is integrated with Marketing and Operations team objectives.
- Leading the product requirements, prioritization and development of new light-weight front-end tools such as React and/or Power App applications to augment Dynamics CRM based on business needs.
- Managing the integration and automation of third-party data services and front-end experiences via our APIs necessary to support business processes.
- Working with Business Analytics teams to integrate Customer Journey Analytics, define KPIs and help drive metrics tracking strategy to deliver business stakeholder dashboards and reports.
- Partnering with CRM and Data Architects to ensure business solutions support a seamless migration to Dynamics scale based on business requirements.
- Partnering with a peer Marketing Innovation Product Manager to integrate sales and marketing solutions with Dynamics CRM and our HubSpot marketing platform to lead our transformation to omni-channel marketing.
- Providing thought leadership on web and mobile solutions (e.g. payments, notifications, location services, authentication, conversational AI) to create innovative new customer experiences.
- Driving ideation of new AI-based solutions in product development and the customer journey to maximize operational efficiency and conversion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Internal business process software solutions and B2C consumer solutions, ideally with experience in Dynamics 365 or another CRM. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to develop a long-term product strategy, curiosity for the latest technology to enable frictionless customer experiences to meet overall business goals.
- Technical aptitude: Proficiency in leading the release of front-end application development and frameworks (React, React Native, component libraries), Agile software development methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum) is required. A basic understanding of system architecture and APIs is also important for technical collaboration.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate the product vision and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Data analysis and experimentation: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights from operational systems to inform decisions and measure business impact. Experience engagement, conversion metrics and multivariate testing to drive actionable results.
- Education: A bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) or similar CRM and Microsoft Azure platform experience.
- Experience delivering B2C eCommerce solutions on web and/or mobile app.
- Experience partnering with marketing teams to support omni-channel marketing and media campaigns.
- Experience delivering mobile and mobile web applications.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Standard office environment with routine use of computers, office equipment, and communication tools.
- Role requires ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to talk and hear in a typical work environment.
- Full vision function is required (perspective lenses are acceptable).
- This position may require up to 10% travel to our corporate offices in Sunrise, Florida.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Eastern Time. Flexibility may be required on nights and weekends based on business needs.
- The work environment is fast paced, requiring the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing conditions.
