Production Master Planner/Scheduler II

What You’ll Do
- Support weekly Production Center Management presentation and Metric development using schedule data.
- Work with the Control Account Managers (CAM) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to determine resource needs to support the work.
- Coordinate with program planning counterpart in the development and implementation of the program baseline to meet the Earned Value Management System Description requirements.
- Work with CAMs to ensure schedule updates are entered into the production Schedules as provided.
- Work with Technicians, Responsible Engineers, and the Manufacturing Engineers on the production floor to ensure scheduled work for Programs is being communicated effectively.
- Develop production-based calendars using schedule data that can be utilized for on the floor forecasting, capacity, and priority decision making provide the program with primary and secondary critical path analysis, variance to baseline analysis, and look-ahead reporting.
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in production schedules.
- Maintain the integrity of production schedules for audit purposes.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Work with management to assist in locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor actual output versus the Program Production Plan. Identify gaps and drive solutions, including a metric on production performance to the requested production schedule.
- Provide inputs to risk manager.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
