Job Details

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Experience with development and configuration of Windchill PLM
Should have strong functional experience on PTC Windchill PLM products.
Good hands-on knowledge of Windchill modules like PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink,
Should be able to do Project Estimation and Participate/Prepare Technical Proposal.
Work with Business Stakeholders and Solution Architect to understand the requirements
Work with Solution Architect to develop a functional solution
Experience in reviewing the design & execution of Transformation activities
Should have good understanding of CAD/non-CAD document migration
Focus on Quality Deliverables using best practices and tools during the various phases project life cycle.
Should be able to manage teams working in remote locations
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices; waterfall and Agile Experience with software configuration managements tools
Rich expertise in managing large projects & program
Ability to lead large cross-functional team and customer.
Excellent in customer handling & communication
Expertise in Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Expertise in Project Management, Process Improvement, Planning, Performance Management, Developing and Tracking Budgets
Expertise in handling multiple projects and teams
Expertise in managing teams working in remote locations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working in onsite client-facing roles, preferably in the US or with global teams.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
