Position Title: Deltek Costpoint Functional Consultant

Location:Remote

Duration:6 Months Contract

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least two of the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement
• Experience in system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system.
• Experience with system configuration and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.
• Experience in providing user training and creating documentation.
• Collaboration with technical teams on data migrations, integrations, and reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Deltek Costpoint functional modules (Finance, Projects).
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions.
• Lead or support the implementation and upgrades of Deltek Costpoint ERP modules.
• Configure and maintain system settings in Costpoint.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.
• Provide user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data migrations, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
