Job Title: ETL Developer (Informatica / Workato)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer to support our client Axxsys on a 3-month contract engagement. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration workflows, with a strong focus on Informatica and Workato. This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Work extensively with Informatica PowerCenter (or Informatica Cloud) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into data integration solutions.
- Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Leverage Workato for workflow automation and integration where applicable.
- Troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data quality or performance issues.
- Provide documentation, testing, and support for deployed ETL solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL development using Informatica.
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Workato must have
- Ability to analyze data issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Prior exposure to API-based integrations.
Familiarity with automation and workflow orchestration tools
