Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of a large-scale retail transformation project
- Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP across multiple business functions
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic goals
- Manage cross-functional teams using Agile delivery principles
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in large, complex environments
- Retail sector experience is essential
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery and business transformation
- Agile certification or practical Agile delivery experience
