We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their ordering needs
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries
- Operate systems efficiently for transactions
- Order products and suggest items to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and merchandising activities
- Experience with Microsoft Office
