Job Title: LabVIEW Test Engineer
Location: Batesburg, SC (Fully Onsite)
Employment Type: W2 – Long-Term Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled LabVIEW Test Engineer with strong backend LabVIEW programming experience. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving automated test systems for electronic and PCBA manufacturing. Candidates must have hands-on experience with NI LabVIEW, TestStand, and automated test equipment—not just LabVIEW UI development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, modify, and maintain automated test software using NI LabVIEW and TestStand
Analyze complex, non-routine test and manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
Support production test yield improvement through root cause analysis and process optimization
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure test software and data systems function correctly
Define test requirements and create test processes for new product introductions (NPI)
Support technology transfers of test processes across global manufacturing sites
Perform failure analysis, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Read and analyze electrical schematics and troubleshoot electronic systems
Assist with mechanical disassembly and reassembly of test equipment as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with NI LabVIEW and TestStand (backend programming required)
Experience developing and maintaining Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
Hands-on experience with NI PXI systems and commercial test instruments
Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems (98, XP, 7, 10)
Experience in electronic assembly / PCBA manufacturing environments
Familiarity with Boundary Scan tools (XJTAG, Corelis)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred / Additional Skills
Experience with SQL and TestStand databases
Exposure to Linux in a Windows-based test environment
Experience with advanced automated test frameworks and data-driven testing
Work Environment
Fully onsite, five days per week
