Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Saint Paul, MN (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Seeking a Senior .NET Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure applications, within a total of 8+ years of application development experience.

This position will write production code that supports various rider information tools, including:

  • Online trip planning, realtime vehicle tracking and departure times, route maps, schedules, and service alerts
  • Content for digital real-time signs
  • Audio content to ensure information is accessible
  • Internal tools used by staff to maintain information at stops and stations (e.g., producing printed schedule display signs, tools to track field maintenance work)
  • Internal tools used by staff to answer customer questions directly via phone, web chat, and SMS

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure services, the .NET framework, automated unit testing, and modern architectural patterns. This is a hands-on role requiring strong collaboration with both technical and business teams to understand complex business challenges and deliver reliable, effective software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in application development
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET framework (C#, , .NET Core).
  • 5+ years' experience in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular, React, or Blazor).
  • 3+ years' experience in Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Event Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps.
  • 5+ years' experience with writing SQL for CRUD.
  • 5+ years' experience using Object-relational Models to interact with databases.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes including unit tests with xUnit/NUnit.
  • Use Agile tools like Azure DevOps to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Implementation knowledge of Azure APM (Application Performance Monitoring).
  • Hybrid and teleworking/office setting work environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Develop and integrate Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
