Description

We are looking for an experienced Support Project Manager/Lead to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects within the healthcare industry, ensuring seamless installation and integration of systems and devices. This position offers the opportunity to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, focusing on system and device installations in healthcare facilities.
Manage project teams ranging from 10 to 20 members, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
Develop detailed project documentation, including charters, work plans, and budgets, to maintain clarity and alignment.
Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to estimate timelines and track progress.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project staff to ensure alignment and address concerns.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering growth and skill development.
Ensure adherence to IT security standards and operating policies during project execution.
Coordinate with hospital information systems teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies.
Apply Agile Scrum principles to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within IT infrastructure or healthcare settings.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and principles.
PMP Certification is required.
Strong knowledge of coding and content management systems (CMS).
Familiarity with IT security protocols and operating policies.
Demonstrated expertise in hospital information systems or similar healthcare technologies.
Advanced skills in project management tools and documentation.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
