Our healthcare client is looking for a UKG Pro WFM Interface Consultant to support a large UKG Pro WFM implementation. This role will begin immediately and span at least the next seven months.

Responsibilities:
- Implement the UKG Pro systems and processes within the WFM solution
- Lead integration implementation activities - requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout, and support.
- Create and maintain requirements and documentation.
- Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions.
- Create data mapping from the source system(s) to UKG Pro WFM
- Develop UKG Pro Integration: Internal, Inbound and Outbound
- Validate data conversion.
- Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability.
- Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client team
Experience
- Minimum of 5 Years of industry experience delivering UKG Workforce Management solutions
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience working with the Dell Boomi integrations.
- Experience with applications and business to be supported.
- Advanced application support and troubleshooting
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced support environment.
- Experience implementation with UKG Pro WFM and Workday would be a plus
- Experience with the configuration and post-implementation support of UKG WFM
