Lead Security Analyst (STATE CLIENT EXP)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all Application Security Design Services.
- Responsible for all System Security Design Services.
- Create and manage Solution Design (Security) Architecture and System Architecture Design Plan.
- Oversee Security Testing, including privacy controls, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Testing Lead.
- Establish and enable security procedures and access controls for the pre-production and production environments.
- Implement data security standards and functionalities.
- Oversee data governance and security.
- Audit Security Compliance to align with data security and privacy regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as required.
Lead Security Analyst
Mandatory Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience with information security practices
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience ensuring security measures for protected health information.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing security in a cloud service environment.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a lead Security Analyst on a large public sector IT project and a contract value over $5,000,000.
- A minimum of two (2) years leading virtual teams.
- A minimum of one industry security certification, including:
- CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
- CompTIA Security+
- CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor
Desirable Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience as the Lead Security Analyst implementing or maintaining a public sector system.
