Lead Security Analyst (STATE CLIENT EXP)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all Application Security Design Services.

• Responsible for all System Security Design Services.
• Create and manage Solution Design (Security) Architecture and System Architecture Design Plan.
• Oversee Security Testing, including privacy controls, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Testing Lead.
• Establish and enable security procedures and access controls for the pre-production and production environments.
• Implement data security standards and functionalities.
• Oversee data governance and security.
• Audit Security Compliance to align with data security and privacy regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.

Lead Security Analyst

Mandatory Experience

1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience with information security practices
2. A minimum of three (3) years of experience ensuring security measures for protected health information.
3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing security in a cloud service environment.
4. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a lead Security Analyst on a large public sector IT project and a contract value over $5,000,000.
5. A minimum of two (2) years leading virtual teams.
6. A minimum of one industry security certification, including:

• CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
• CompTIA Security+
• CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor

Desirable Experience

1. One (1) to three (3) years of experience as the Lead Security Analyst implementing or maintaining a public sector system.
