Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in mobile network technologies to support network-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Mobile Network Operators (MNO) / Multiple System Operators (MSO) and experience analyzing network performance, call drops, and messaging service behaviors. This role bridges technical network insights with business requirements to improve service quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze mobile network performance including call drops, signal issues, and latency problems.
Define, document, and track dropped call scenarios and network degradation patterns.
Work closely with MNO/MSO teams to understand network architecture, features, and service layers.
Track and analyze SMS/text message delivery reports from telecom providers.
Gather and document business requirements related to network features and service quality improvements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Conduct root cause analysis on network-related customer issues.
Support UAT by validating network behavior against business requirements.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/LTE/5G).
Experience working with MNO and MSO environments.
Understanding of network KPIs such as Call Drop Rate (CDR), Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR), and Latency.
Experience analyzing telecom logs and performance reports.
Understanding of SMS/MMS routing and delivery mechanisms.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with telecom protocols (SIP, SS7, Diameter).
Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems.
CBAP, CCBA, or telecom-related certifications are a plus.
