Contracts Administrator

The Contracts Administrator is a key contributor to legal and contract management across multiple business units, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and supporting operational efficiency. This role involves contract review, redlining, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external counsel.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Contract Management & Legal Review

    • Review, draft, and redline NDAs, MSAs, vendor and client agreements.
    • Coordinate contract execution and maintain a centralized database to track key dates and obligations.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation

    • Identify legal risks and ensure contracts meet regulatory and industry standards.
    • Support internal policy development and corporate governance efforts.
  • Legal Operations & Documentation

    • Organize and maintain legal documents, templates, and filings.
    • Assist with due diligence for partnerships, acquisitions, and business expansions.
    • Support initiatives related to data privacy, employment law, and corporate policies.
  • Internal Projects & Collaboration

    • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to align legal processes with business strategy.
    • Contribute to system improvements, onboarding resources, and operational development.
    • Mentor department leaders on workflow optimization and team effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Strategic Support

    • Provide insights for leadership reporting and board meetings.
    • Own and manage core legal and compliance processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
    • Offer feedback and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
