Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities:
Lead vulnerability assessments and security reviews
Analyze vulnerability test reports and suggest remediation/mitigation plan
Update security tools for logging, monitoring, and increasing coverage of existing tools
Execute programs for user awareness, compliance monitoring, and security compliance
Investigate and analyze all response activities related to cyber incidents
Collect, aggregate, synthesize, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources and formats
Provide technical support to system owners to propose mitigation and remediation solutions to identified vulnerability and security issues
Identify and understand the end user needs
Qualifications:
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position, and provide best practicing sharing within work group
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Education, Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or Technology
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
