RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager 2 in Seattle, WA. This role is responsible for working with NAS Vendor Summit team to creatively reinforce as the retailer of choice for top brands, deepen our engagement with our vendors' most senior leaders, and showcase new innovation and launches. This includes managing the strategic position of the NAS Vendor Summit by providing direction and implementation of marketing and communication for special events. This role actively develops and implements communication plans and strategies to internal and external senior leadership teams. This position will develop communication and marketing plans, align strategies, produce, edit, and publish a wide variety of content, and requires excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities:
* Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations
* Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions
* Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery
* Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate
* Influence design and development of event content
* Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
* Engage other business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for customers
* Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, issue/ticket management, etc.) and look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* 3+ years of experience in program management, communication marketing content or script writing development or event planning
* Excel experience
* MS Suite experience
* Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
* Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
